We have repaired thousands of pieces of jewelry, both for our customers and in the past for many of Eugene's finer jewelry stores.  All repairs are done on our premises and most repairs can be done within 10 - 15 days.  Victor has truly some of the best jewelry repairs around because they are all still performed by the owners.
Repairs have a 90-day warranty on the area worked on.

We offer two different types of appraisals.

Just wanting to know what you have?
This is a free service.  Stop in with your jewelry item, we will quickly clean and polish it (if possible) and give you a verbal estimate of its value.  This is a quick evaluation and is nonbinding in any way.  This is limited to two pieces at a time.

Working on your loved one's estate or have more pieces you need to know the value.  We can help.  By appointment only. We will sit with you and go over what you have, this is a nonbinding service. The charge for this is $15 for 30 minutes.

Do you need an Insurance replacement appraisal?
A more detailed appraisal for insurance replacement, you will need to drop off your item at JDV.  Victor will clean and polish your jewelry.  He will weigh the jewelry, measure each stone and photograph the jewelry. This process can take up to a day or two. At that time you can pick up your items.  Victor will then put your appraisal package together on the first Saturday of the month and mail it out to you.  
The cost for this service is $95.00 for the first jewelry item, then $70.00 for each additional piece.
